Our cancellation policy has always been fair and taken into account certain situations which are out of our client’s control. You can cancel or change your booking up to one hour prior to collection without incurring a cancellation fee, all we ask is that you keep us informed if you miss a flight or need to cancel or change a booking. With the exception of your chauffeur already being dispatched to collect you, you are protected by our no cancellation fee guarantee.

Prestige Chauffeurs Limited offers clients flexible ways to settle their accounts. Clients can choose to pay by BACS, cheque or credit and debit cards. Chauffeurs are able to take all major credit card payments including American Express in the vehicles using latest technology.

When choosing our service you will be provided with a fully licensed chauffeur driven vehicle from our fleet of luxury executive vehicles. Our chauffeurs are fully licensed and trained in chauffeur etiquette, providing you a courteous, professional and discreet service at all times.

Arriving 15 minutes prior to the collection time, our vehicles are fitted with tracking software enabling both Prestige and clients to monitor their travel. Our chauffeurs will still assess the route manually and wherever possible rely on local knowledge. Clients will be greeted at airports with our distinctive name boards and assisted with luggage, leaving you to relax in comfort as you are transported to your destination efficiently and professionally.
