Following from a successful campaign to highlight the importance of the correct protection insurance products, Chris Hargreaves has been asked to join TheChauffeur.com, a leading chauffeur industry magazine.
The websites editor and founder Paul Gibson has been publishing informative content aimed at the UK chauffeur industry for over a decade. Chris who brings over twenty years of experience within the industry, and five years as a freelance journalist, said he was “excited by the new challenge” and “looks forward to working with Paul, a respected figure within the industry”.
Chris, who specialises in consumer and trade issues, will be looking at writing articles aimed at the trade, but with a consumer element to them. Paul first became aware of Chris in 2011, when Paul wrote about Chris’s campaign on insurance.
Chris has also helped and written articles for Private Hire Monthly, the trade publication of the National Private and taxi Association. Chris has appeared on the BBC, and featured in many UK national newspapers and trade publications.
TheChauffeur.com has a loyal following and Chris hopes that his experience within the industry and journalistic background will be well received by their readers. Chris has worked within the trade since 1997, and experienced the issues many face, both as a driver and later an operator. He hopes to use this knowledge and experience will add to an already respected and well read website.
